We work hard to simplify the experience of reaching a therapist when coordinating the first appointment.

Our intake coordinators will assist you by helping to match your appointment preferences, issues and insurance requirements with one of our therapists and locations. Once we have noted this information, we will contact the therapist on your behalf and the therapist will call you to set up a time for your first appointment.

At your first appointment you will be asked to fill out new client paperwork and receive your copy of our Client’s Rights and Responsibilities handout.

Convenient day, evening and weekend hours enable us to offer times that best fit your schedule.
